Customers have 14 days after receiving their order to notify us that they wish to cancel. After notifying us, they have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Before returning goods, email Info@chairukforyou.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send goods until you have received return instructions.
Returns are sent to our UK Fulfilment and Returns Warehouse at 26 Claypit Lane, West Bromwich, England, B70 9UN, United Kingdom. We recommend tracked delivery and keeping proof of postage.
