Want to return an unwanted item?
We get it—sometimes it’s just not the right fit! We’re happy to accept returns as long as the item is in its original, sent condition, subject to the guidelines below.
⚠️ Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, underwear, or beauty products.

🗓️ OUR RETURN POLICY

14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Full Refund: Items returned within this period will be refunded via your original payment method.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 days from the date you ship the item back for us to complete the return process.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are only refundable if the entire order is returned.
đź’ˇ Can't return an item within the timeframe? Please get in touch and let us know. Please note that late refunds are at our discretion.

💸 RETURN RESPONSIBILITY

Return Costs: If you’ve changed your mind or no longer need the item, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
Item Care: Please pack your items securely! They remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
Proof of Postage: We highly recommend keeping your postage receipt until your refund is confirmed.

⌛ OUTSIDE THE RETURN PERIOD

We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the 14-day window. Items sent back late may be returned to your default address at your expense.

🔄 EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different size or style, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
