Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders placed with ChairUKForYou, a trading name of L N TUAN LTD.

Your right to cancel

Customers have 14 days after receiving their order to notify us that they wish to cancel. After notifying us, they have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To start a return, contact Info@chairukforyou.com before sending any goods. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return instructions.

This is our return address and fulfilment warehouse. It is not our registered office or a retail shop. Returns must be authorised before they are sent.

Returning goods

Goods should be returned securely packaged and, where reasonably possible, in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage until the return and refund have been completed. Returned goods remain the customer's responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If goods arrive faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly at Info@chairukforyou.com with your order number and relevant details. Where appropriate, include photographs so that we can assess the issue and provide return or resolution instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or valid evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method. We may make a lawful deduction if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Standard outbound delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Additional costs arising from a more expensive delivery option selected by the customer are not refundable unless required by law.

Exclusions

Cancellation rights may not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications, clearly personalised goods, or other items excluded by applicable law. This does not affect statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item after arranging the return of the original item.
